To get the call from FedEx that a 551lb pallet is being delivered in 30 minutes was nerve wracking for sure! I was able to work with Fed Ex on the delivery for my Glastonbury office- which meant paying for premium delivery due to them needing to use a hand truck to break down the pallet outside of your office building. I am running into the same issue for my New Haven office. I am awaiting a return call from FedEx; however that site will need the premium delivery as well. This delivery is 600+ pounds, I'm told. I wanted to bring the premium delivery fee to your attention.
