Good afternoon Carolina,

Further to my email below we are resending your renewal package in order to point out to you that there is a Coronavirus exclusion relating to the Facility Staffing Coverage.  This is explained in detail in the attached Coronavirus Exclusion Endorsement Wording.  No other changes have been made.  We look forward to receiving payment.

We are pleased to attach your 2022 renewal documents. We ask that you please review the attached documents carefully as they detail the specific coverage purchased. It is important that you keep these documents safe and maintain them for future reference.

The following documents are attached:


  *   2023 Berkley Canada Healthcare Package Policy including the Facility Staffing endorsement. Facility Staffing is now specifically excluded from your coverage, this endorsement adds the coverage back in.
o    It should be noted that the Facility Staffing Liability endorsement is written on a Claims Made basis.
o    This means that only claims filed during the term of the policy will be covered.
o    To ensure coverage it is important to notify us immediately of any/all incidents that could potentially result in a claim.
·         2023 ARAG Legal Expense Policy and notice of name change (ARAG was formerly known as DAS)
·         Our invoice, your payment is now due
o    our payment options are: payment in full via cheque, money order, credit card or e-transfer
o    a monthly option is available through First Insurance Funding, please contact Frank or myself to get the enrollment form (there is a 3.14% service fee for the monthly payment plan)
o    credit card and e-transfer link is on the invoice for your convenience – Note – BrokerLink does not issue a payment ID, you can bi-pass this by clicking on the “No Payment ID” Button and that will lead you to card input.
o    If sending a cheque, please make it payable to BrokerLink Inc. and mail it to: #400-238 Wellington St. E., Aurora, ON L4G 1J5
·         Recommendations and Comments relevant to you – please review this document and contact our office if you wish to discuss any of the coverages outlined
·         Updated Certificates for your distribution – these were sent to you previously, no changes have been made -

     *   If you require any additional certificates please let me know
     *   Please include a copy of the contract when requesting certificates with an Additional Insured requirement
  *   In an effort to operate within green processes, these policies and attachments are being sent via email. Please note these are legally binding documents and we are not intending to provide a hard copy unless you specifically request us to do so.

Policy wordings are separate documents and are available upon request.

This is my second follow-up regarding this. I have yet to hear back. In addition, we also got a request for Vancouver Coastal Health for a COI. These two parties have consistently requested COIs in the past and I indicated that in the renewal document I signed.

Can you please let me know when I can expect this??

Please note that there is no change of property management company, Warrington PCI has acquired SDM Realty, we are still under transition now. You can put SDM as the certificate holder.
