We are considering hiring full-time registered caregivers that drive so we can use them for this type of work. The issue is it will cost us to do this if there is no work and also some is in the am ( early) some is in the pm ( late). Operationally there is alot to consider but we can do that internally. However, we will need authorization to hire another CSM (nurse) to manage the cluster care HSO aspect especially the DOTS.
