The caregiver was discovered to have been leaving her shift early, saying it was at the request of a client so that she would be paid for the full duration when she was the one asking to leave. Additionally, in several conversations she had a 3rd party present with her to which both were being "rude and aggressive" toward office staff. Despite leaderships request the third party refused to excuse themselves from the conversations.
