Alysce has a SOC pending as well with Thompson. Cotter House is increasing referrals 3 this week. New GCM movement. Alysce and I are working together on the current pipeline and have a plan in place to manage now that Brooke is no longer our CSM. I am going to look back over the closed lost to revisit and verify the reasoning for leads that did not have a SOC. I am confident CMH is moving in a positive trajectory. Family has decided to work with one another to assist mom Cordie Dunlap was a tour at The Forum through Oasis Family stated that she is not ready to make a move into senior living and is currently staying with the daughter Family states they will call us when they are ready David Diane and Jane were working with Brooke and I did not have contact Ms Trinh daughter is currently bringing mom to work with her at her nail salon.
