Over the *next two weeks*, you may begin to notice updates appearing within your WellSky URL. These updates are part of a broader initiative to align key system components across the organization. While a formal rollout and training plan will be shared soon, we wanted to provide some early visibility into what you may see during this transition. What to Expect *1. =E2=80=9CZ=E2=80=9D Prefix Indicators* You will begin to see certain items labeled with a *=E2=80=9CZ=E2=80=9D* pl= aced in front of the name. These items are *marked for future deletion*, but will remain temporarily so that teams have time to review and repurpose any workflows currently using them. *2. Match Criteria Updates* Match criteria will be updated to include: - The universal master match criteria list - Location-specific exceptions submitted by agencies last month This alignment will help ensure more consistent caregiver matching across the organization. *3. ADL & IADL Updates* We will introduce a new standardized master list of ADL and IADL categories to create consistency across agencies and improve reporting, caregiver task visibility, and care plan clarity. Existing categories will remain temporarily but will have a *=E2=80=9CZ=E2= =80=9D prefix added*, indicating that they will be deleted as part of the broader system cleanup. Teams will still maintain the ability to customize tasks and instructions as needed for individual client care plans, ensuring flexibility to meet specific client needs while operating within the standardized framework. Next Phase To support teams through this transition, *formal training sessions will begin the week of March 16th*. These sessions will walk through the updated Match Criteria and ADL/IADL structures, provide guidance on transitioning away from legacy items marked with a =E2=80=9CZ,=E2=80=9D and review best p= ractices for using the new standardized framework. Questions or Issues During this transition period, if you notice anything unexpected or run into issues while updates are being implemented, please reach out to me or the WellSky Support Team @Clearcare Support Team so we can address it as quickly as possible. Thank you all for your continued partnership as we work to strengthen the foundation of our WellSky envi
