Their current provider monarch was charging them each resident $18 a day for their med management but cannot continue with that enough proposed raising their prices to almost $140 a day for a resident receiving medication=E2=80=98s three times a day which is untenable for the residence= and Somerset feels responsible. Currently if a resident were to pay Amica for daily care, it would be either $20 a day for med management or $55 a day for care we are looking to find a way to balance that cost With what Annika would charge if they were able to deliver the services which they are not Schedule 8am Meds to residents #1,#2,#3, and possibly next week #5 11:45 - 12:15 ish escort resident #4 to and from meal 12:00 resident #3 meds 4:30 - 5:15 ish - Escort resident #4 to and from meal 8:00 pm meds to residents #1, #3, and tentatively #5 9:00 pm meds to resident #2 (may be earlier ) and tentatively to resident #5 ADL bedroutine Two hours minimum 8am-10 $90 /4 residents 2 hours minimum 11:00-1:00 $90 /2 residents 2 hours minimum 8:00 - 10:00 $90 /5 residents Pus showers for resident 6 2x per week @$45 per day The above based on this data from Somerset: Celeste Confirmed this from phone conversation: - Resident 1 & 2 (Couple): Medication 2x per day. - Resident 3: Medication 3x per day. - Resident 4: Escort to and from dinner at 11:30 AM and 4:30 PM. - Resident 5: Evening ADL support (cleaning and applying CPAP) plus medication 3x per day. - Resident 6: Assistance with a shower 2x per week. Caroline verified this in follow up email: Just to clarify: - Residents 5 and 6 are not currently confirmed as requiring services; however, I anticipate this may be needed within the next week. - Resident 5 was receiving AM/HS care, as well as CPAP support. - Resident 6 will be medication and I am waiting on ECP confirmation to provide to the resident/family. Medication schedules: - Residents 1 and 2: medications at 8:00 AM and 8:00/9:00 PM - Resident 3: medications at 8:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 8:00 PM Confirming that all residents are on blister packs, which were completed by Somerset as part of the transition process. --=20 Celeste Lee Home Care Liaison, BC (236) 668-8664 celeste.lee@thekey.com https://thekey.ca [image: Click to go to TheKey's LinkedIn page.] [image: Click to go to TheKey's Facebook page.] [image: Click to go to TheKey's Instagram page.] [image: https://thekey.ca] --000000000000ca8f0d064b0a23d9 Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable This is my working thou= ghts on how to schedule and help Somerset house out.
