I’m excited to introduce a new *Weekly Business Review* process designed to
provide you with deeper insights into your regions and sites to help drive
targeted improvements and growth. This process will offer greater
visibility into key areas, including:
- *Sales team performance*: Understand the action plans our Sales
Leaders are driving.
- *Inside sales conversions*: Review actions, opportunities, and areas
for improvement.
- *Revenue projections by site*: See which teams are on track to hit
targets.
- *New business retention*: Track intention vs. actual retention to
ensure we are keeping the clients we work hard to win.
- *Caregiver recruitment insights*: Identify trends and opportunities.
These sessions will be co-facilitated by myself and Donny, our head of
analytics. Beyond the data, this will be a valuable opportunity to hear
from other leaders in your division, leverage best practices, and share
tools and experiences. Most importantly, it’s an opportunity for you as
field leaders to drive insights and actions that support your teams and
business growth.
We will be kicking off this week, and invites will follow shortly. Please
