Revenue Revenue declined again week-over-week, down $7,055 (-3%), primarily driven by the temporary pause of a 24/7 client. This single client accounts for approximately 336 hours weekly, or $10,080 in revenue. The client is currently in rehab following a fall at the hospital (not under our care). We are monitoring closely and anticipate resuming care upon discharge. Funnel & New Starts We completed 8 SOCs last week, 7 being long-term intent, which will strengthen our base. While hours are short at start of care, we know T2s often progress to T1s, and we will monitor closely to accelerate that progression. Lead flow has softened: total leads were 19 (down from 22 the prior week) with only 1 scheduled SOC currently in pipeline for this week. Census & Churn Census improved to 109 (+4 WoW). We did not experience controllable deactivations; however, a T1 client passed away on Sunday, which will negatively impact next week=E2=80=99s revenue. Forward Outlook We anticipate revenue to stay flat next week, given the paused 24/7 case and the loss of the T1 client. That said, the recent 8 SOCs (7 LTI) positio= n us to recover in the coming weeks if we can increase lead generation and conversions. *Actions:* 1. Actively engaged with family/rehab to resume 24/7 case post-rehab. 2. Focused on increasing lead generation immediately to replenish pipeline - we are hitting our top-producing accounts and referral partners hard, with targeted follow-ups and frequent touchpoints. We=E2= =80=99re also doubling down on the accounts where our recent SOCs came from, sinc= e that=E2=80=99s where we=E2=80=99re seeing traction. 3. Ensuring fast ramp-up of recent SOCs into higher-utilization tiers when possible.
