I have 16 caregivers to call today to get more scheduled who responded to Brandy's job ads. - *New update:* Pat noted that the non-drivers who committed to travelling are unwilling to take on shifts. Therefore, we have decided to move forward only with Drivers. If a caregiver does not have car insurance, Brandy will communicate that the number of shifts offered will be limited until they obtain insurance, depending on how the interview goes. - *New Update:* Caregivers will be allowed one opportunity to reschedule their orientation. We believe that if they are truly committed to working with us, they will make the effort to attend. This measure will help us filter out caregivers who may lack commitment.
