Is it legally compliant if we just email the notices to clients and employees without physically mailing them? For employees, we can also list a general notice on the intranet and perhaps have a note inserted with their payroll stub For the vendor notices, in an abundance of caution, we sent them via email and FedEx to track the delivery. Of course, there were less than 10 vendors, so the cost of FedEx wasn't overly concerning.
