I truly enjoyed my time with you and the team. It was incredibly valuable to see your operations firsthand, and I appreciate you sharing your expertise with me. I=E2=80=99m looking forward to applying everything I learned as I continue = working with the teams in Milwaukee and Chicago. I will definitely stay in touch! *The Key* takeaways and observations from my recent review and shadows: Generally this was a very informative meeting and educational. It was nice to see positive culture, morale and buy-in. This trip will help me guide the office in many ways, but morale and culture was the biggest take-away. - Pipeline & Operations: Conducted a deep dive into a proper pipeline and reviewed the agenda. I also reviewed the pre-pipeline team email to identify ways to improve support during this meeting - Leadership & Culture: Observed a positive leader=E2=80=99s impact on cult= ure and morale, noting best practices to implement within the office. - Networking & Integration: Discussed the transition to Senior Living with Lauren, specifically how she leveraged her past experience. I also attended a well-organized networking event with the GM and HCL and collected collateral to potentially mimic in the Chicago market. - Meetings & Strategy: Observed a weekly meeting with the HCL and GM to review specific meeting goals. - Role Development: Discussed strategies for leveraging my nursing background within the office. -Observed a meeting with a senior community- Highlighting Mind-Fit Thank You to Lauren, Amara and the entire team for such great hospitality and best practices once again. It was nice to share ideas from both regions= .
