Please review the list and indicate your decision on whether to write off the balance, transfer it to the client=E2=80=99s account, or pursue collection. During the 2024=E2=80=932025 review period, this asset was not actively man= aged due to uncertainty regarding ownership of the process. Collections has now assumed full responsibility, and moving forward, Marc will manage all CDHC client benefit disputes. Michelle had begun a reconciliation to determine client responsibility, but with her departure, that work was left incomplete. I have finished the reconciliation, so please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Thank you.
