She now has faces for our names and some of the new materials about us and what we do. - Says each of the 8 locations is it's own entity so we can't do a blanket staffing contract. That said, she was happy with our caregivers and the support we gave them when they needed us. She would be happy to approve contracts from more locations, provided I approach each one individually. So, I will ask each location to sign a contract with us, starting with those that have already expressed interest in having us as their staffing partner. - She is fine with our collateral being displayed in the common areas of all the communities. - She did say that she won't have only one vendor as their preferred reference for 1 on 1 personal care. Instead, she will include us as one of the 3 vendors they recommend to families. If asked, they will mention their satisfaction with us and our caregivers. She said it could reflect badly on them if they referred any one company and that "blew up"... it would reflect badly on them... they want the family to choose. - Chuck did advise on our ability to provide nurses and caregivers trained in dementia care.
