Trena Abreo (HealthLink Outreach) and Celeste Lee (TheKey Home Care) will explain the new options available for residents to receive care services, including medication management, replacing the services previously provided by Amica. Anyone interested in learning more about available services such as medication management, personal care (dressing, bathing), escorting, and companionship is welcome to attend. There will be a dedicated time for questions and answers. *** *Could you also clarify a couple of points regarding the resident invitations? Specifically, do the residents know they are in an RTA suite, and are the invitations being sent selectively to those residents or generally to all residents? Will they be RSVP'ing or showing up? I want to have packages for everyone, how many do you think will be attending?* *Finally, we are still hoping to receive the detailed breakdown of the current care being provided.
