My preliminary findings are we are experiencing a caregiver shortage. We are staffing caregivers in OT to satisfy schedules of multiple clients. I am going to reach our to Cassandra to see if we have a recruiter for Chicago yet and let her know we are having trouble staffing even our core areas. I will get prior weeks filled in soon. And continue to monitor and continue to address future OT.
