The problem with the zip codes is that it's mostly mansions and not a lot of anything else. I would like to add 64111 and 64112. If you pulled up the demographics it wouldn't support that decision as parts of both are very poor. All 3 zip codes combined are a very small area and back up to each other. This includes Ashton on the Plaza which is a very large and upscale retirement community that a lot of people from 64113 move to. It also adds in St. Lukes on The Plaza and St. Lukes Bishop Spencer. Bishop Spencer is where our new Tier 1 client is. She happened to sit on the board of Bishop Spencer for years before moving in and her son David sits on the board of St. Lukes Hospital (there are several of these hospitals throughout the city). David has been through multiple home care agencies with his mother and we are the first that she hasn't kicked out. If all continues to go well I think this could turn in to a good thing for us.
