GTM access for homecareassistance

As you may have seen in the previous email chain, I'm hoping to get access
to Google Tag Manager for  https://www.homecareassistancemontreal.ca/ and
https://www.montrealsoinsadomicile.ca/ in order to troubleshoot some speed
issues for Tim.
