The Ministry is supplying this service at no cost to individual agencies. Only those organizations who wish to be included in this evaluation need to complete the attached Sick and Severance Entitlements Form. Agencies that do not comply with Health Sector Compensation Information System (HSCIS) reporting for the periods specified will not be included in the Sick Leave and Severance valuation. *Please return the form to us by November 28th, 2025.* This valuation will be based on the *Quarter 3, 2025 HSCIS data*, except for agencies using the Data Entry version of HSCIS the valuation will be based on the *January to June 2025 HSCIS data*. *Please ensure you have filed to HSCIS if you wish to participate.* The information from the valuation report should be included in your yearend financial statements. In order to fully complete the Sick Leave and Severance valuation it is necessary to collect additional information. All agencies that wish to participate in this Actuarial review must complete and return the attached form. Note that for those organizations which follow and will continue to report using the CPA =E2=80=93 Accounting Standards for Private Enterprise or CPA Not-for-Profit Standards (CPA ASPE/NPO), there is *no need to participate unless* the Sick Leave or Severance Benefits *vest and a payment is due at a future date* such as at retirement. For those who have adopted the PSA Handbook, the update will determine the current year liabilities and costs under the PSA Handbook. The review will also be done based on the CPA ASPE/NPO. Please note that a valuation will not be done based on International Financial Accounting Standards. Please ensure you specify the accounting standard you are following in the attached form. If not completed, we will assume you are following the CPA ASPE/NPO. You may wish to discu
