We're confident it will be a welcome addition to help your teams manage day-to-day compliance more easily and efficiently. As part of our implementation, we'll hold mandatory training sessions with the Arya team to ensure all regional leaders and general managers understand the tool, identify who requires access, and begin preparing caregiver communications. You will see two separate meeting invitations on your calendars: - Leadership training sessions: Required for RDs, GMs and key leaders. - Staff training sessions: Required for all team members who will use the Arya system in their daily workflow.
