Hi All, Tim I have adjusted the permissions in your and Maria's account to fix those problems highlighted, but please let me know if this resolves the issues on your end Cheryl, I have added Taylor to access the ap report so she should now be able to view it within the ap so please have her try and login. Tim, those CCM's have been added, please have them try and login to the ap, if this fails, please have them try and clear their cookies, cache, and history, and then try to have them login again.

Please have them try and clear their cookies, cache, and history, and then try to login again. If this fails please reach back out with a screenshot of what they are seeing on the ap when they try and view the reports and I can continue to look at it.

If this is around the same problem then the above solution should be generally applicable to all CCMs. If the request is to get CCMs access to the ap then I would need a list of the people to be added, their associated office, and their job title. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns about this or if I misunderstood!
