We are actively working toward the process of getting written approval to reassign lease, working on insurance and payroll, validating the license transfer process and trying to finalize retention plans with Teresa and Shandy. We are tracking to getting this closed. One outstanding item is the P&L for 2025 through September and a monthly Income Statement for 2025 through the most recent period available (ideally September). See attached for an example of the monthly income statement that was previously provided to Dane and shared with me once I executed NDA.
