I have gone to Coupa office hours several times to speak with Anotte. She advised that he would need to be added as a vendor and then confirm on his end for a check to be generated. This is posing a problem. He is elderly and does not understand what he needs to complete in Coupa, he attorney is also in his late 70's and isn't able to help him. Since this agreement was signed back in June they are requesting a certified check be sent to the office so that I can drop it off to them. Randy is currently undergoing surgery, my fear is if we don't get this done soon they will not utilize our service when he is released. In the month of July he spent $30,000 with us, this is not a client that we want to lose.
