Tier 4 Approval

Good morning Tim,

I am attaching a salesforce link to a current opportunity. The client would
be going from no experience with care to starting at home services. While
him and the family are open to increasing hours, they are concerned that
starting at 30 hours initially will prevent him from accepting the help he
needs. This is attached to BJC which is a huge hospital system here. This
would give me a great opportunity to connect with case management. Could we
get an exception to the $25/hr increase on this one? We are expecting to
book the assessment today.
