Two questions: 1) Can you help Julianna get access to Uber - she was unable to order an Uber for Chicago caregiver this morning due to getting an access denied error. I was able to order but the process was delayed. 2) Should the client have been informed prior to shift start time? The Chicago caregiver called to inform of the tardy but the client was not informed and she, the client, called the office 20 minutes after her shift start time.
