Hi Sandra, To get a Canada merchant account setup, we will need 3 months of card and EFT processing statements, Nov - Jan. If you could pull this for Montreal that would be great, as this may be all we need to get a MID for Canada setup that all Canada entities could use. If we have to gather the same for other entities, we can follow-up there when needed.
