Cogir Partnership Go-To Market Strategy Cogir (Leadership) Partnership Implementation Playbook US Partnership Agreement is attached. Feedback/Insights: - Overall this US national partnership did not launch or perform as well as expected. Since launching the partnership exactly one year ago, we ha= ve activated 11 of their communities, while 32 remain never produced or stalled. - Despite our best launch efforts, there was a clear lack of understanding of our new partnership among the staff at the local Cogir communities. We essentially had to approach each local community to buil= d a relationship from the ground up. After we executed the national PPA, our HCLs went out to their local community only to find that Cogir staff had= no awareness of the partnership. Consequently, the HCLs had to earn their business as if a PPA did not even exist. The PPA does not offer exclusiv= ity so we were up against the typical, varied hurdles (such as competitors o= r existing relationships) to earn their trust and business. My Recommendation: - Partnering with Cogir leadership in Canada for on-site PPA launches at each community should influence a more positive outcome. If someone from Cogir who is familiar with and supports the partnership could attend to promote staff buy-in, that should help. The area of opportunity is local adoption of the partnership and TheKey in general.
