She was flagged for several items. See below. 1) Desiree told a caller they needed to sign docs before assessment for an urgent start 2) When framing the assessment she told the caller to schedule only if they are interested in pursuing care otherwise we don't want to waste their time 3) Caller was wanting an urgent start but Desiree was trying to delay assessment to Monday After speaking with Desiree I uncovered the following: 1) Desiree said she is being asked to send docs before the assessment for all urgent starts to ensure clients are serious. Desire also spends time going back and forth with the caller anytime there are mistakes on the agreement Can the CSM send docs after the assessment? 2) Desiree was advised to ONLY schedule assessments if the client is ready to start care because they are short staffed and don't want to waste the CSMs time if the client isn't ready to go. Desiree is feeling caught in the middle after being flagged in her call for this. Not sure if this is true but assessments and consults should be scheduled following our usual process 3) Desiree said she doesn't know if the field is available for Saturday assessments. I cleared this up with her based on your response, Tim. -- Sincerely, Cristal Munoz Inside Sales Manager cmunoz@thekey.com TheKey.com [image: image.png] --0000000000006d688b063d49d37c Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hi Joey and Tim, I just met with Desir= ee to review her Intake Scorecard from the Tiger team.
