We will begin paying the $50/night stipend to the Milwaukee (MK) team. Regarding the suggestion to merge the Chicago and Milwaukee CSM on-call schedules, I have strong reservations: 1. Client Dissatisfaction and Attrition: Ashley lacks the necessary experience and localized client knowledge to effectively manage the Chicago market. Our CSMs need to be able to respond to Chicago clients instantly without having to consult others. 2. CSM Pushback: Our Chicago CSMs already provide weekend support to their clients, regardless of being officially "on-call." They will likely resist the additional burden of covering Milwaukee, which could potentially lead to attrition. 3. Cost Implications: I believe the potential cost of increased client dissatisfaction and unbilled shifts will ultimately outweigh any potential cost savings from merging the schedules. If the long-term goal is to bring Milwaukee under Chicago's umbrella=E2=80=94similar to Michigan=E2=80=94we would need time for Chicago= CSMs to learn the Milwaukee client base, and for Ashley to learn to operate at a different level.
