I spoke with Tim about this yesterday and bottom line is w= e need to handle Canadian ambassador vendors in Toronto with special care. W= e need to take the onboarding questionnaire from Coupa, put it in a word doc= ument, translate it to French via ChatGPT (or some other tool) and share wit= h with Tim/Joey. Once we have a Canadian vendor fill out and submit the form= we=E2=80=99ll need to translate it back and then manually setup the profile= for them in Coupa.&nbsp; Fo= r this specific vendor I could really use your help to turn off all correspo= ndence from Coupa to this Bonnie person so this issue doesn=E2=80=99t escala= te further.
