(Below, you will find the Rollout 1 information that was implemented at the beginning of December.) The next phase will include adding all Web Lead Opportunities in the Assessment Pending stage into this automation and nurturing follow-up process. This ensures that every opportunity is assigned a next step and aligns with the Board-Approved Sales Step Process. (An image below outlines the Lead and Opportunity workflow for reference.) What does this mean? - *You will no longer see scheduled follow-ups or tasks on these opportunities.* Rest assured, the Intake Web Team has a strict and consistent follow-up task program in place for all opportunities currently in the Assessment Pending stage. - Once an opportunity is moved to Assessment Scheduled, web team will follow the normal process for sending out an office communication. - If an office would like to take ownership of an opportunity while it is still in the Assessment Pending stage, please notify @Amanda Ominsky so the opportunity can be removed from the new plan and any duplicate outreach can be avoided. - The Salesforce Team is working diligently on a report that will allow you to view these activities during your pipeline meetings, with a target release planned for next week. Salesvue uses structured task "Plans" to ensure every lead gets the attention it needs early on. Because we're now running our initial tasks through this system, we need to enforce a specific handoff point to keep things running smoothly: - Please hold off on taking ownership or action on any new Web Lead until the LHA team gives the all-clear. - We will ensure the local office is pulled in and receives all necessary details once the opportunity has progressed to the 'AX Scheduled' stage in our Salesvue plan. - Until a lead reaches the 'AX Scheduled' stage, please check with the LHA team before taking over or making contact.
