Immediate Action: Please ensure *all team members are logged into Zoom Workplace* and test your temporary phone lines as thoroughly as possible. This testing is a *critical step*=E2=80=94it allows us to identify and reso= lve any call routing or group issues *before we go live*. Transition Timeline & Key Steps *1. Completed:* Temporary Zoom phone numbers have been assigned for testing. - The *call routing you see now* will be the *final routing* after the full transition. *2. Starting 10/6/2025 =E2=80=93 Soft Forward Begins:* - All *8x8 office and direct lines will be forwarded* to the temporary Zoom lines. From this point on, you will take *live calls in Zoom* only. This 2-week =E2=80=9Cstress test=E2=80=9D period ensures everything is work= ing correctly before we complete the port. *Important:* - Continue using *8x8 for texting* during this time to avoid confusion for clients and caregivers. - Report any call routing issues immediately=E2=80=94this is the *final opportunity* to fix them before the full port. *3. Final Step =E2=80=93 Port from 8x8 to Zoom (Date TBD):* Your *original 8x8 numbers* will replace the temporary Zoom numbers. Once complete, *Zoom will be our sole phone platform*=E2=80=94we will fully= retire 8x8. We=E2=80=99ll share the exact port date as soon as it=E2=80=99s confirmed.
