Hi Alexa,      After some digging, I found our trouble was with a security permission setting on the montreal-recruitment Group. It was previously set to deny messages from external senders. After changing that setting, I see a test message I sent through the form was delivered to the Group.   ​   Joey,   ​  Could you please confirm you received my test message?  I think this is something that Joey will need to work with IT Support on.  From what I understand, Joey's email may be getting blocked (I think he's worked with IT Support before on this issue in May) and that's why he's not getting the emails.  Web Dev doesn't handle email issues - IT Support does.

 Last month, If you recall you were on the email where Mark Dickie updated the Montreal recruitment form to include the email address.  We don't have access to Unbounce.  When Mark Dickie tried to share access, he was unable to and updated the email to "montreal-recruitment@thekey.com".  See image.  Also, I can forward you the email chain if that helps.
