Hi All,

Starting Monday, November 28, Medallia will distribute a new daily report
that includes clients' satisfaction with each of their caregivers that have
completed shifts in the past 30 days. This report will be distributed to
all Medallia users who receive daily reports today.

Clients are able to review all relevant caregivers on the team, including
fill-ins. Individual caregiver performance feedback should be managed by
our Ambassador Team. Clients who leave negative feedback for multiple
caregivers should be prioritized for Client Success Team follow-up,
potential re-assessment, and update of the care plan, and close
collaboration with Staffing to ensure that satisfactory replacement
caregivers can be identified.

This report shows your region's client satisfaction with their caregivers,
with 10 being Extremely Satisfied and 0 being Not At All Satisfied. Click
"Go To Response" and scroll to the bottom of the page to see the names of
the caregivers.
