Re: Final invoice for SAAS from Viv Technologies Inc.

Good afternoon!

This is to confirm that we received 2 payments last week - one for $20,152
and the other for $4,222 for invoices #1117 and #1118 respectively.

For the SAAS services, we are still awaiting payment of invoices #1111 and
#1115; the two highlighted ones below.  I had already sent these invoices
to you earlier, and again on December 22nd.

Also, we have a smaller amount of CAD 539.40 pending towards the 4 service
business adjustment invoices SJD-HCA 0822, 0922, 1022 and 1122.  Would
appreciate it if that is cleared out as well.  These were also re-sent on
December 22nd.

Please clear these as well, latest by EOD tomorrow, so at least we will be
clear upto November 2022; and only December will need to be handled.
