Good morning all,

Canada employee bonus variance was caused by the quarter accrual
adjustments, biggest one is Calgary $19,088 (CAD) for Charles Terlesky. For
other site adjustments see below.

Montreal ($9,561) for Joseph Taylor
Vancouver ($5,886) for Sharon Speirs
Toronto ($5,973) for Cheryl Cartwright

Total of $40,509 CAD adjustment, approximately $29,941 USD (Ex. rate:
0.739133). Please see the attached file for details.

There is only one account that falls under caregiver benefits, CG Employer
Health Tax ( EHT). August was significant because August accrual was based
on part-time EHT at $20k, but September actual was only $6k leading to an
over accrual in August and reversal in September, that's why you see credit
of $4,255 in September.
