Hi Salesforce Team,
Would it be possible to add "Canada - Receiving government Care" at the
opportunity stage? It sounds like Canada loses clients after the assessment
because the government provides free care to clients and most clients
decide to go this route. These should still be moved to
re-engagement because this care is low quality in terms of caregiver
consistency, etc. Let me know. Thank you!
