Dear Colleagues,
As we look ahead to the upcoming year, I am thrilled to share with you the exciting developments we have in store to enhance our company’s strategy to position TheKey for scalability and growth. These changes are driven by our unwavering commitment to providing an enhanced client and caregiver experience and delivering excellent customer service.
To achieve these objectives, we are proud to announce the addition of a few critical executive roles that will play a pivotal part in shaping our company’s future. These leaders will report directly to me and will be instrumental in propelling our company to new heights.
To that end, we have appointed **Caroline Henderson **as our new **Chief Growth Officer**. Caroline will be responsible for leading the sales and consumer marketing strategy overseeing Ashley Mirone, VP of Business Development and Megan Heinen, Head of Consumer Marketing. Caroline was the Chief Commercial Officer of Milo’s Tea Company and led sales, marketing and communications. Her team doubled revenue during her three years there and went from a regional brand to become the #1 refrigerated tea in the nation. Prior to joining Milo’s, Caroline spent over 15 years in the healthcare industry with Lincare, Amedisys and Elara Caring. She started her career as a sales representative and worked her way into executive leadership. Caroline is a passionate, authentic, and dynamic leader who loves to build teams and drive results. She is extremely excited to join TheKey as she has had a void in her heart for healthcare and that feeling of making a difference in the lives of others and bring them care where they need it most, in the home.
We would like to announce that **Mark Botticelli**, our **Chief Technology Officer**, will be stepping down from his role **effective at the end of December**. Mark's leadership of our technology initiatives has been nothing short of outstanding over the past 12 months. Under his guidance, we have made significant strides in enhancing our technology capabilities and have established a robust infrastructure that empowers us to continually leverage technology to better serve our growing community. We thank Mark for his dedicated service and the incredible contributions he has made to our technological advancements.
In light of this transition, we are pleased to welcome** Ed Malinowski** as our new** Chief Information Officer**. Ed will lead all digital products, data, and information technology at TheKey. With a robust 20-year background in healthcare technology, including significant expertise in multi-specialty home care services and population outcomes management, Ed brings a wealth of healthcare expertise and invaluable leadership to TheKey's digital endeavors. Prior to joining TheKey, Ed was the Chief Information Officer at BAYADA Home Health Care where he helped grow revenue from $700 million to over $1.8 billion over 10 years, achieve exceptional client and employee satisfaction scores in 360 US offices and 8 other countries with over 28,000 caregivers and clinicians. Ed also served as the Vice President of Solution Development for the AmeriHealth Caritas organization - a national population health management company servicing 7 million members in seven states. We are excited to have Ed join our team and help us continue to innovate and drive technological excellence.
Furthermore, we are delighted to welcome **Kevin Murray** to our team as our new **Chief of Staff**. Kevin will be responsible for supporting the Executive team with strategic initiatives, leading projects, and setting company priorities. Kevin has over 20 years of financial and operational experience across a broad range of industries, including energy, electric utilities, engineering & construction, consumer packaged goods, and healthcare. Kevin comes to us from Community Coffee, the largest family-owned coffee company in the US, where he led the Strategic Business Support function and was a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Prior to his time at Community, Kevin served as CFO for Landmark Hospitals, a privately-owned LTAC network across 3 states. The majority of his healthcare background comes from his tenure at Amedisys, where he served as Vice President of Financial Operations, working closely with Corporate and Field Leadership in budgeting, forecasting, strategic decision support, and ensuring execution of key initiatives. He has a track record of driving profitability and efficiency, making him a valuable asset to our leadership team.
Please join me in thanking Mark for his outstanding leadership and contributions to TheKey and in welcoming our new executive team members as they embark on this new journey with our company on **Monday, November 13th**.
