Hello Mary left a voicemail last night canceling services. She says she really doesn’t have the money to pay. Sent from my iPhoneOn Dec 16, 2025, at 10:14 PM, Ashley Alford <ashley.alford@thekey.com> wrote:Hi The care-plan is complete & very detailed.. I want to ensure this start is a success so here are some important notes;Mary wants to make sure we send someone honest & trustworthy to her home- She often leaves her credit cards/ or personal information laying around her home. She doesn't want to worry about theft/ identity theft. I assured her our caregivers go through an extensive background check and are stocked & bonded. She may have some OCD tendencies; Mary wears disposable gloves at all times & Requests that the CG use what she called Pandemic Safety Precautions- Frequent hand washing & sanitizing of surfaces. She will benefit from a very empathetic caregiver who can help her maintain dignity during this time.  Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I am happy to brief the selected CG prior to them accepting & being staffed on the case- Please let me know & as always reply to this email with the CG Bio.Thank  you On Tue, Dec 16, 2025 at 12:57 PM Audra Williams <audraw@thekey.com> wrote:Great job on this one, @Ashley Alford !!!!!  Woohoo!Remind me of the name of the CG that we discussed was a great CG but is a smoker herself?  This could be a potential match!Best,On Tue, Dec 16, 2025 at 10:52 AM Pat Echols <pechols@thekey.com> wrote:Received. She is a retired superintendent with many awards and accomplishments- she worked for the River Hills district for over 10yrs. Mary loves things to be neat and clean and describes herself as a perfectionist. Since her surgery she has had some health complications causing limited mobility. She has chronic back pain & is unable to shower/ dress independently.  Mary is very modest & says she is embarrassed to have someone help her with bathing/ showering (seeing her naked).  We discussed how our caregivers provide privacy & dignity & complete all of their tasks with compassion & empathy. She may be hesitant with personal care until she is able to build rapport & trust with her caregiver. Mary wants the caregiver to be aware she is taking pandemic safety precautions. The caregiver does not have to wear a mask- however frequent hand washing & sanitizing the area are required. Mary wears disposable gloves throughout the day & will ask that any surfaces used be sanitized with the wipes she has available. She makes excellent conversation & let me know she trusts me to pick out a good caregiver for her. Ht:5'7Wt: 165Gender: Female Routine/Tasks- Assist with showering/ bathing and personal cares including dressing. LHK/ help keeping fridge cleaned out ( checking for expired foods & assisting with wiping down the fridge. She will need  a CG to assist with laundry, and also any other odd housekeeping tasks. She loves to cook; but says she doesn't cook as often since she lost her partner; but was interested in a caregiver to assist with recipes/ cooking and meal prep. Her friend Renee is assisting Mary with transportation for appointments at this time however we discussed this as an added service. Mary would prefer someone with an SUV if she needs to be transported- she has a BMW & would be okay with the CG driving her vehicle as long as they are a good driver. DL: YesCar: Yes- CL has vehicle and it is CG/ CL preference as- needed Cg preference: empathetic, self starter, can take direction, and is able to make her feel comfortable. Cats: NO Dogs/Breed: 2 Poodles Raven & Mikey Smoking: Yes- Mary smokes in her home- CG must be okay with smoking.-- -- Ashley AlfordCSM/ Caregiver Manager | TheKeyMobile: 414-704-3806
