Hi Dilip,

The account was suspended before you sent your email on Thursday, which set
a Friday payment deadline, causing the confusion.

Regarding our account, *please switch our account back to ACH* as we
notified you on Thursday prior to the new statement was produced. This has
been a huge frustration for months and we need you to override the
statement that was produced to get this taken care of. If you cannot
complete this, *please direct me to a supervisor who can help fix this
account*.
