Weekly ops stacks wo 2/7

Hi team,

This week we will have a shorter wbr, only covering the weekly stacks.

The week of 2/7 showed strong improvement to revenue, with a WoW increase
of just under $150k. This was led by East Bay (+$42k); Concierge (+$25k),
The Peninsula (+$21k), Austin (+$20k), and NJ (+$18k).

Leads were also up both WoW and vs the prior 4-week avg. Assessment also
increased at the same rates that leads did, meaning we are keeping up with
the increased demand.

Starts were up, led by the same folks driving the revenue increase. The new
client starts are a good mix of Elephants, but also Cheetahs, so some of
this revenue increase will likely see some backslide if we don't keep up
the strong starts volume,

Caregiver acquisition is roughly flat WoW and slightly down vs the prior 4
week average. This means that we will likely have some challenges
continuing the higher starts trend if this does not increase in the next
few weeks.
