Amex Transactions- Concur

Hi Tim... I got an email from Concur that my credit card transactions are
overdue. James approved all the transactions once in the past but I think
that I am supposed to be doing these... I have logged in to see if I can
figure it out but "HCA Winnipeg" is not an option under the location list
(there is an entry for Montreal, Vancouver, Toronto and Calgary). Do you
have any idea what needs to be done about this? And do you know with what
frequency these are supposed to be done (monthly?)? And if there is some
sort of naming convention to the expense reports?
