From the Landlord:

As outlined in the offer document, the deposit is being provided to CBRE
Limited in Trust.

The wire transfer information sheet is titled “Alberta-Statutory Trust”
which is the information for CBRE Limited’s trust account which is operated
in accordance with statutory requirements in Alberta.
