"Hi everyone!

The big 3/9 TheKey launch is coming up quickly and on 3/2 we will be announcing the change to clients and caregivers. We wanted to share our announcement materials related to these very important announcements to you all well in advance. We plan to talk about them in our Tuesday 2/22 Announcements Call and then share them with everyone on Wednesday the 23rd.

**Client Announcement: **We will be emailing clients the letter attached from Tad to announce the TheKey on 3/2. In cases where we do not have an email address, we will be mailing the letter. Please read the letter, Universal Talking Points and FAQs to help you be prepared to answer any questions that may come up. In addition to the letter from Tad, we will be sending a simple notification in bills next week that the brand will change on 3/9 and then another notification in bills after 3/9 that the brand has changed. We will also use a very clear TheKey Formerly Home Care Assistance logo on the website and bills for at least 6 months to minimize confusion with clients and/or client contacts.

**Caregiver Announcement: **We will be sending caregivers a message via Clear Care announcing the brand change and linking to both the attached flyer and Caregiver FAQs & Talking Points on 3/2. Please read both and the same Universal Talking Points and FAQs shared above for the clients to be prepared for the caregiver announcement. Please also note that polo shirts for caregivers will be sent to offices - not directly to caregivers - on 3/7, so your teams should be prepared to distribute them or instruct caregivers to pick them up.

If you were already notified that your office is on a later transition timeline, we will not be sending out the client or caregiver notifications on 3/2, but instead at a later date in a way that makes sense for each office. However, please feel free to look over the materials in advance as something similar will be sent on your office's behalf when the time is right.
