I hope that everyone is doing well today.

As you saw in our email yesterday, the OQLF has granted our extension to launch. We understand that the healthcare industry has been faced with many huge challenges and, to be honest, we are so happy that we have more time to gather all of the information that the OQLF requires while not putting any additional pressure on all of you.

There are a few outstanding areas where we need your help and we are by no means rushing you to get back to us with your answers. However, if you can let us know your target date whereby you believe that you can provide the answers, that will be a good start. This will allow us to plan the next steps on our timeline.
