Hi Alyson,
All QuickBooks access related to outside users are removed except an employee that is no longer with the key, Hua Wu, the previous Canadian Controller. We are not the owners so we cannot remove her access. Tim, by any chance do you have the ability to remove Hua in QuickBooks?
