Hi Shameema, According to Gabe, yes, Canada can have thekey.com emails. What we do is assign the '@homecareassistance.com' email as an alias. That means any email sent to it will still go to the primary '@thekey.com' email for this user. However, to change how Sara sends emails, whether she wants to send as '@thekey.com' or '@homecareassistance.com', see below. In Gmail, Select Settings (gear icon) > See All Settings > Accounts and Import > Send mail as. Choose an email and select Make Default. To make sure the default address is used when replying: Under When replying to a message, select Always reply from the default address.
