Good morning team,
I have some concerns regarding applicant flow for the Canadian job posts,
particularly with the greater Toronto area.
Meera Ladani and Elizabeth Manjarrez have active candidates in their iCIMS
locaitons, but both been manually entering their candidates into iCIMS. The
onboarding process is working as intended, minus the pay rate on the Offer
Letter issue which I brought to you earlier this week. However--and this is
particularly with Meera's territory of greater Toronto--we are not seeing
the applicant flow one would expect in a major metropolitan area.
One of Meera's posts in Toronto has a number of applicants (8, currently)
but those are people she added herself from Jazz/Indeed, to bring them
through the iCIMS process. There are 2 more posts in that Location that
have received no applicants whatsoever over the past 2-3 days, which I find
peculiar for something located in a major city
Can we check to make sure these are properly posting externally when
utilizing The Key CAN Careers portal in the Source tab? Did I do something
incorrect with the post parameters, perhaps?
Meera's territory is the best example as Toronto should be a bustling hub
for caregiver application activity, but Elizabeth brought me similar
concerns with Vancouver, and applications do not seem very healthy for any
of the Canadian territories, especially when compared to what the
recruiters were seeing with Jazz and making their own paid posts directly
on Indeed prior to iCIMS rollout.
Thank you,
--
