Good Morning Audra and Umesh,

Thank you, Audra, for initiating this effort. I'll schedule a call for us
to review this, discuss what is needed to make this happen, and set the
start date. I'll get it on our calendars ASAP so this initiative can be
completed by the legal deadline. Kindly note that the *client notices must
be sent by email no later than Nov. 1, 2025,* so we have about two weeks to
accomplish this.

Let me know if others should attend this meeting, and I'll be sure to
include them.
