Thanks for your guidance here. Yes, we will want to move all processing
under Paymentech. Considering most of the kinks have been worked out in
that process by Liz and Lisa, I’d suspect it could be moved quickly for
Franchise, but I defer to Liz on her thoughts for timing.



Regarding the document needing to be filled out- Kate, would you mind
giving it a shot and letting me know if there are any fields you aren’t
sure of?

Hi Team,



Even if we are moving to a new payment processor (Chase Paymentech), Kartik
will still need to continue to have access to this system (EFT Canada moved
to Accept Pay Global) for audit information and to process franchise
royalty payments for Canada.



If we plan to move the franchise royalty payment process into our new
payment processor (Chase Paymentech), we will need to follow the below
steps which can be done by Kartik.

   1. Download exist reports needed for 2024 audit.
   2. Notify Canada Franchisee Owner of the change and when it will be
   effective.
   3. Download the banking details for the Canada Franchisee Owner or
   request the information from them to load into the Chase Paymentech
   system.



Please advise on next steps.

   1. Who can complete the form?
   2. Confirm if this process will shift to Paymentech? if so, what is the
   timeline?
